She is known for her time on Impact Wrestling under the ring name Laurel Van Ness, where she would previously be the Impact Knockouts Champion and Lucha Underground as Reklusa. She would also wrestle on the independent circuit under her real name. In 2015, she would be one of the WWE Tough Enough competitors.

In 2016, Green would tour Japan for the World Wonder Ring Stardom (WWRS) promotion. His first tour would have a total of three months in length, as it would be interrupted by a broken collarbone while wrestling in India. Green’s second tour of Japan would be held in late 2016, where she would team up with Santana Garrett entering the 2016 Goddesses of Stardom Tag League. During this tour, Green would also challenge Wonder of Stardom Champion Kairi Hojo in a match where Green would lose to Hojo’s diving elbow in a 15-minute match. Green was undefeated in singles matches in Japan prior to his loss to Hojo.

On November 29, 2015, Green made her debut for Queens of Combat during Queens of Combat 7, being defeated by Crazy Mary Dobson. On February 18, 2017, during Queens of Combat 17, she had entered the tournament to crown the first-ever QOC Tag Team Champions. Van Ness would team up with Taeler Hendrix, and they defeated Aja Perera and Kiera Hogan in the first round. During Queens of Combat 18, also held on February 18, they defeated Nevaeh and Rachael Ellering in the semifinals. Hendrix and Van Ness would defeat The Lucha Sisters ( Leva Bates and Mia Yim) to become the first QOC Tag Team Champions.

On February 20, 2017, Green would be announced as part of the roster of the most recently formed promotion called Canuck Pro.

Following her departure from Impact Wrestling, Green would compete during the MLW Road to the World Championship on February 8, 2018, where she defeated Priscilla Kelly via disqualification. During Wrestle Circus the Show Must Go On, Green would win a fatal four-way match. On March 8 at Bar Wrestling 10: March of the Pigs, Green and Britt Baker defeated Heather Monroe & Laura James.

During the rivalry between Brie Bella and Stephanie McMahon, Green would appear on the August 11, 2014 episode of Raw, playing Megan Miller, Daniel Bryan’s physical therapist, confessing that the two had had an affair before an enraged Bella stormed the ring and slap her.

In 2015, Green would appear as a contestant on the sixth season of the re-released Tough enough, finishing in fourth place for the women.

NXT (2018 – present)

In 2018, Green would be part of a tryout for WWE and would be signed on October 18, 2018. Chelsea began at the WWE Performance Center on October 8, 2018, and would make her debut in the NXT ring during a live event on October 26, 2018, competing under his well-known “psychotic” gimmick. She would make her television debut on March 13, 2019, on NXT TV tapings under her real name.

In June, Green officially signed to TNA. He made his television debut as a heel on the September 29 episode of Impact Wrestling.

Madison defeated Ryan under the new gang name Laurel Fiennes. On the episode of Impact Wrestling, Vannes attacked Ally, making it a two-way match that Vannes won. He attacked Ally again the following week, defeating Vannes in another match between the two on the December 8 episode of Impact Wrestling.

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling / Impact Wrestling

On January 7, 2016, Green made her debut for TNA under the ring name Chelsea, being defeated by Jade. The following night on January 8, during TNA One Night Only: Live! , she battled to be the # 1 contender in a gauntlet battle royale for the TNA Knockouts Championship, entering the match as number four before her elimination by Awesome Kong.

In June, Green officially signed with TNA. He made his television debut as a heel on the September 29 episode of Impact Wrestling.

Where she defeated Madison Ryan under the new gang name Laurel Van Ness. Allie attacked again the following week, which led to another match between the two on the December 8 episode of Impact Wrestling, with Van Ness defeating.

Around 2016, Van Ness formed an on-screen relationship with Braxton Sutter. On February 23, 2017, the two got married until Van Ness was rejected by Sutter during their wedding when he declared that he was in love with Allie (who is Sutter’s legitimate wife). The following week at Impact Wrestling, the Lady Squad quietly disbanded when former leader Maria’s contract expired.

Psychotic Gimmick, Impact Knockouts Champion and exit (2017–2018)

In March, Van Ness had started a maniacal gimmick, competing in her tattered wedding dress and makeup, carrying a bottle of wine. The degree had been proposed to him on July 27. However, he was interrupted by Kongo Kong.

Van Ness would come out all clean during the deportation farewell address of Grado. She then pulled out a ring in the ring, asking Grado if he wanted to marry her, and he said yes, establishing himself as a face for the first time in his TNA career at the same time. On November 5, during Bound for Glory, Van Ness would change into a villain once again when she would attack Grado during their Monster Ball fight against Abyss, only to be on the receiving end of Rosemary’s mist.

On November 8, the recording of which would air on December 14, Van Ness defeated Rosemary in the final of a tournament for the vacant Impact Knockouts Championship. During this time, she also returned to her normal appearance in the ring, leaving the wedding dress but continuing with her psychotic gimmick. After winning the title, Green reportedly requested her release from Impact Wrestling but was rejected, with both parties agreeing not to raise the issue publicly until she lost the title. On January 15, 2018, Green received her release from Impact Wrestling after wrapping up the January 2018 recordings, where she lost the Knockouts Championship to Allie.

Lucha Underground (2018)

Chelsea Green would debut for Lucha Underground during the season four tapings on February 25, 2018, under the name Reklusa. She was involved in a fatal four-way street with Jeremiah Crane, XO Lishus, and Marty “The Moth” Martinez. On October 10, Reklusa would be defeated by Pentagón Dark in the main event, after the match both she and Marty Martinez would attack Pentagón.
